How Our Journey Took Root
From the Lab to the Vineyard: How We Got Here
Neu Cellars began when I was 26, fueled by a shared love of natural wine and the science behind fermentation. A stretch at a conventional Sonoma winery left the dream feeling flat, until we found Pleasantry in Cincinnati—a spot devoted entirely to natural wine that brought the spark back. Every bottle carried its own personality, as individual as a fingerprint.
Things shifted again when my dad—my closest friend and business partner—purchased 15 acres in Northport in 2020. Planting started in 2021, and we took on the hard work of growing an organic vineyard from the ground up. His dedication and grit sit at the very center of Neu Cellars.
